Delete your ScrollSense account.

Delete inside the app

1. Open ScrollSense.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Account management.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion. Google may ask you to sign in again for security.

This permanently deletes your ScrollSense Firebase authentication identity and clears ScrollSense focus periods, settings, scroll history, and cached data stored on that phone.

Request deletion without the app

Email the address below from the same Google email used for ScrollSense. Use the subject ScrollSense account deletion request. Include only the email address connected to the account; do not send a password or identity document.

Requests are verified using the sender's account email and processed within 30 days. A confirmation is sent when the request is complete.

What is deleted

• The ScrollSense Firebase authentication account associated with your Google identity.
• ScrollSense settings, focus schedules, local history, and caches on a device when deletion is completed in the app.

What may remain

Billing and transaction records may remain with Google Play and RevenueCat where retention is required for subscription restoration, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Deleting ScrollSense does not itself cancel an active Google Play subscription; subscriptions can be managed in Google Play.

Data stored only on another device cannot be remotely erased by ScrollSense. Use Reset local data or Delete account on that device, or uninstall ScrollSense to remove its app-private local storage.
